There are many benefits to online therapy or telehealth. In addition to keeping clients safe due to the current social distancing laws, online therapy allows the client to be in the comfort of their own space and environment while sharing and expressing vulnerable thoughts and feelings. In addition, online therapy can be more logistically convenient. It allows for more flexibility in scheduling and removes commuting, givng you more personal time. Online therapy
allows you to have sessions while away from home on personal or business travel and when you are feeling under the weather.
To participate in online therapy you will need a computer with a video camera. I will provide the platform to conduct video sessions. It's helpful to have a notebook or journal handy to jot down any notes and insights you may have during the therapy process.
