I believe healing does not have to be a complicated process. I believe in slowing down to get ahead - meeting ourselves in each moment and coming to a place of acceptance of ourselves and our life first. In this space we can take the opportunity to heal in each moment, because that's all that exists. We all have experienced some sort of past conditioning or trauma that has taken us away from our true selves . I think the complication with healing is that most of us seek something outside ourselves to fix us. It could be in the form of a relationship, a material object or a situation. My intention is to help others become independent in their healing and reach a place of freedom, growth and evolution.
